Founder & Managing Director Mr. Dayanand Dalvi has more than three decades of experience in automation field with excellent proven project management skills, supported by team size of more than 50 experienced engineers in mechanical as well as electrical PLC controls. Mr. Dalvi has been working in the area of robotic automation, automotive assembly lines, material handling systems for more than 32 years covering almost all the automotive industries across India. He is instrumental in the indigenization of automation technology starting with controls & then mechanics of material handling systems to make them cost effective but reliable in today’s uncertain as well as short product life cycles.

Mrs.Manjiri Dalvi

Director

Director Mrs.Manjiri Dalvi has a more than 25 years of experience in various fields in automotive industry . After successfully completing Mechanical Engineering, she has worked for reputed companies such as Tata Motors , Behr Germany mainly in 3D designing field. She is mainly responsible for human resource development of company which is the main challenge in present scenario. Besides this she, has successfully built and is running a Human Resource company “Systems Mechatronic” which mainly offers services to many reputed Indian as well as MNC companies for more than two decades.
